Description

Overview

The portable direct-reading spectrometer is specifically designed for on-site material analysis of large workpieces. It overcomes the limitations of traditional benchtop spectrometers, which require sampling and off-site testing. Equipped with a swivel cart, the entire unit can be easily moved to workshops, construction sites, pipelines, storage tanks, and steel structures for in-situ inspection. Offering laboratory-grade analytical accuracy, it precisely detects light elements such as carbon, sulfur, and phosphorus, enabling PMI material verification, grade identification, incoming material quality control, and acceptance testing for special equipment. This device has become a standard inspection tool in industries including pressure vessels, steel structures, metallurgy, and scrap metal recycling.

Feature

VEBOMASTER can determine all chemical elements used for precise identification of copper- and aluminum-based steels and alloys, including elements with analytical emission lines in the ultraviolet spectral region (C, S, P, B, Sn, As), as well as elements that are difficult to measure with handheld XRF analyzers: Be, Ca, Si, Mg, Al.

Its optical design is based on the best designs from leading global spectral equipment manufacturers. Wavelength range: 165–460 nm (expandable).

Detection technology places VEBOMASTER at the forefront of analytical capabilities in portable metal analyzers.

Portable and powered by lithium-ion batteries (without the need for grid connection), it makes an ideal mobile laboratory for metal and alloy analysis.

Application

On-site analysis of metals and alloys without laboratory operations. We verify the conformity of metal and alloy grades based on their elemental composition.

- Incoming material inspection

- Finished product inspection

- On-site analysis of any metal structure or component.

Pre-installed analysis programs for the following metals:

Iron, Aluminum, Copper, and other materials.
